As a young leader, the ability to remain vigilant and observant to minor changes in our environment, economy enables you to forecast changes in my environment. These changes could be positive (Cheese increase) e.g. Bank sponsorship for Small Medium size enterprise could mean you can explore your dream of being an entrepreneur and owning your own business. The change could be negative (Cheese reduction) such as Economic downturn leading to reduction in the number of available jobs. Thus, like the mice and Hem you would have to develop a plan B; so, rather than waiting for jobs to be created you create your own business and even employ others.
